By using aluminum we are able to pass on several advantages to our customers not existent in steel trailers. Pound for pound, aluminum is stronger than steel. We invited independent engineers from Dexter Axle to evaluate the strength and engineering of our aluminum extrusions. After extensive testing, they concluded that our axle mains are actually stronger than what is found on steel trailers!.
